How Do I Wash My VlaunWrightCo Clothing?

Our garments are machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Please hang to dry.

Does my Return/Exchange Qualify?

All sales are final.

What If My Items Are Received Damaged Or Defective?

Please click the "Contact" button or send an email to help.vlaunwrightco@gmail.com within 3 days of the delivery date and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Please note: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number when shipping your items. Issues will be processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. 

How Do I Cancel Or Modify My Order?

We want to get your order out as soon as possible, so in order to do this it starts processing right away. If something is incorrect on your order or you need to cancel it, please contact us at help.vlaunwrightco@gmail.com within 30 minutes of placing the order and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations can be made after this time frame.

 Do You Have A Size Guide?

Yes. Please use these charts to help determine your size. Sizing and cut may vary so please use the charts as a general guide to compare the various size scales. Sizes listed are US. 

When Will My Order Ship?

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Please note that we do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing the next business day. Once processed, items will ship and you will receive tracking information.

How Do I Track My Order?

Refer to "Order Look up" on the website. Numbers beginning with “1Z” can be used at UPS (www.ups.com). Numbers beginning with “9” can be used at USPS (www.usps.com ). Numbers beginning with “0” can be used at FedEx (www.fedex.com ). Please allow 24 hours before tracking information becomes active.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to complete. VlaunWrightCo does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.
